Our Mission
To help organisations identify, understand and reduce security and fraud risk through independent assessment, practical recommendations and evidence-led intelligence — so that every rand spent on security is spent where it counts.
Home / About Us
An independent security risk and fraud prevention practice built on a simple belief: you cannot manage a risk you have never properly measured.
Who We Are
GreyArk Solutions was founded to give South African organisations something the market rarely offers — a genuinely independent opinion on their security and fraud exposure.
Risk is seldom black and white. Most of the exposure that hurts a business sits in the grey: the control that exists on paper but not in practice, the process everyone trusts because nobody has tested it, the incident pattern nobody joined up. Our work is to bring clarity to that grey area, and to give you a safeguard you can rely on.
We combine practical security operations experience with formal fraud examination discipline and investigative data analysis. That mix means our findings are grounded in what actually happens on a site — not only in what a standard says should happen.
Our Promise
Reliable.
Professional.
Confidential.
We help you make confident decisions in a world of uncertainty — and we never trade on fear to do it.
To help organisations identify, understand and reduce security and fraud risk through independent assessment, practical recommendations and evidence-led intelligence — so that every rand spent on security is spent where it counts.
To be the trusted independent voice on security and fraud risk in the markets we serve — the practice organisations call when they need the truth about their exposure rather than a sales pitch.
Awareness & Training
Assessment on its own changes very little if the people on the floor never hear the findings. Alongside our assessment work we run short, practical sessions that turn staff from your weakest control into your best sensor.
Sessions are pitched at the people who actually handle the transactions and open the doors — not at a boardroom — and are run on your premises, in your terms.
Common schemes, real red flags, and what to do when something looks wrong.
Access discipline, tailgating, key control, visitor handling and reporting habits.
How to record an incident so that it is still useful months later — the foundation of every analysis we build.
What Guides Us
Four commitments that shape every engagement we take on.
We sell no hardware, guarding or software. Our advice is answerable only to your risk.
Findings go to the people you nominate and nobody else, on a strict need-to-know basis.
Every finding is documented and defensible — to a board, an insurer or an auditor.
Recommendations you can actually implement, rated by risk, cost and effort.
Credentials
Professional discipline behind every engagement.
Fraud work is conducted according to the professional standards and methodology of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Hands-on experience in security operations, control room management, investigations and incident analysis — not theory alone.
Personal information gathered during screening and investigation is collected, stored and shared on a strict need-to-know basis.
A short conversation is the fastest way to find out whether we can help.
