A structured, independent review of your physical and procedural security. We walk your site the way a criminal would study it, test the controls you believe are working, and report what we actually find.
Typical scope: perimeter and access control, surveillance coverage and usability, guarding deployment and supervision, key and asset control, alarm and response arrangements, after-hours vulnerability, staff procedures and human-factor risk.
You receive: a written assessment report with photographic evidence, a risk-rated findings register, a prioritised recommendation plan with indicative effort and cost, and a walkthrough session with your management team.

It depends on the size and complexity of the site. A single commercial premises is typically one to two days on site with the report delivered within a week. Multi-site or high-complexity operations are scoped individually.
No, and deliberately so. We have no commercial relationship with suppliers, installers or guarding companies. If a recommendation involves a purchase, we describe the requirement — you choose the supplier.
Yes. Engagements are covered by confidentiality undertakings, and reports are released only to the recipients you nominate. Personal information gathered during screening is collected with written consent and used only for that purpose.
Yes. Fingerprint criminal record checks are conducted on site, so your staff do not need to travel and you lose minimal working time. We can handle a single candidate or a full workforce cycle.
Almost always. Occurrence books, guard reports, WhatsApp groups and loss records are usually enough to build a first picture. Part of the engagement is then setting up a simple register that makes future analysis far easier.
